Come and experience the "Real Ireland" - our 8th annual West of Ireland Coastal Tour. (This photo was taken on one of our previous Fall tours in Killarney National Park - yes, it was sunglasses weather)

Take a week out this Fall, slow down, and refresh yourself on the West Coast of Ireland - where the pace is easy, the people have time for a chat, and you will be very welcome.

Travel in the company of the "Ireland Expert," Patricia Preston and her husband John. You'll be in good hands all the way - enjoying the best of the Emerald Isle at Fall Foliage time when the green grass of the Irish countryside melds harmoniously with myriad tones of gold, amber and crimson leaves. Of course, there may be a few showers along our way, but also many memorable rainbows.

Sit by the firesides and enjoy traditional music, dance and song, listen to the lilting Irish language, and chat with the locals. From Galway to Kerry, the scenery is spectacular - panoramas of seacoasts and cliffs, Ireland's tallest mountains, gentle lakes, rivers, and waterfalls.

See the sun go down on Galway Bay, cruise the waters of Ireland's only fjord at Killary Harbour, savor the serene setting of Kylemore Abbey, marvel at the Cliffs of Moher, take a ferry across the Shannon River, ride in a horse-drawn jaunting car around the Lakes of Killarney, and dine like kings and queens at a medieval banquet at 15th century Bunratty Castle.

As a special feature, our tour also spends two days/nights exploring the Dingle Peninsula, a "wow" desination in every way. CNN-TV recently described the Dingle Peninsula as "the most beautiful place on Earth," and TripAdvisor web site reported that travelers voted Dingle as "the sixth most popular destination in Europe," the only place in Ireland to make the "top ten" list. Here is our Full Itinerary.

Relax and enjoy three outstanding hotels - no packing and unpacking every night. You'll stay two nights at the Radisson SAS Hotel in Galway, Co. Galway; two nights at Benners Hotel in Dingle, Co. Kerry; and the final night at Bunratty Castle Hotel in Bunratty, Co. Clare. The Galway and Bunratty hotels have leisure centers with indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, and more. See photos and more information about our Hotels.

Our tour is specially planned to require only one week off from work - departing on a Sunday and returning the following Saturday. It's the ideal Fall Foliage getaway! Review the Tour Highlights and What the Price Includes.

Our tour also includes some unique extras like free optional classes to learn how to bake Irish brown bread and scones or how to knit Aran fishermen sweater stitches. We also have a daily "Blog" on this web site with photos of our trip in progress - so your friends and family can see you in Ireland and send messages to you. No other tour offers this user-friendly way to communicate with the folks back home! View our Blogs from our 2006, 2007 and 2008 Fall Trips to see our tours in action....

Best of all, you have Pat & John traveling with you every step of the way, to share their knowledge, experience, travel tips, and love of Ireland. This is our eighth year hosting this tour - and it books out very quickly. So, don't delay - this is the special tour that you've read about in America's leading newspapers, including the Albany Times Union, Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune, New York Newsday and Ireland of the Welcomes Magazine. And it only happens once a year.
