Our Hotels

Talbot Hotel, WexfordThe Talbot Hotel – On The Quay overlooking the harbor, the Talbot is situated in the heart of Wexford Town, the hub of the “Sunny Southeast.” Having celebrated its 100th birthday in 2005, the Talbot has recently been given a 10 million euro enhancement and refurbishment, so it boasts a stunning contemporary decor and every up-to-date amenity. The 132 guest rooms offer views of the water or the ancient town, and the public areas include a restaurant, bar, and fully equipped health and fitness centre with swimming pool, gym, sauna, solarium, and more. (2 nights)

Trident Hotel, KinsaleTrident Hotel – Without a doubt, this hotel enjoys the prime location in Kinsale, on the water overlooking the marina. In the past two years, it has undergone a major expansion and refurbishment (growing to 66 guest rooms). In addition to the waterfront views at every turn, the hotel offers a maritime atmosphere, with “The Wharf” pub and “Savannah” restaurant overlooking the marina, providing the best dining views in town. It’s an easy walk along the Pier Road to the town’s many attractions. (2 nights) Web site: www.tridenthotel.com

Hotel Malton, KillarneyMalton Hotel, Killarney – With over 150 years of hospitality experience, the Malton (formerly the Great Southern) is Killarney's most famous and sought-after hotel, surrounded by the Kerry mountains and sitting amid 12 acres of lawns and gardens on the east edge of town. It exudes a genuine “old world” atmosphere with Waterford Crystal chandeliers, classic furnishings, ornate plasterwork, and an open fireplace. The 172 bedrooms are outfitted with every modern comfort, while guest facilities include the “Garden Restaurant,” a great gilt domed dining room; “The Punch Bowl” pub/lounge; and a leisure center/spa with indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, saunas, and gym, with tennis courts outside. (3 nights) Web site:   www.themalton.com

Bunratty Castle Hotel, Bunratty, Co. Clare – In spite of the "Castle" in its name, this hotel is not a castle, nor does it pretend to be, but it is the shining star of Bunratty accommodations. Everyone wants to stay here, and for many good reasons. Situated on high ground directly across from Bunratty Castle and the legendary Durty Nelly's Pub, this 3-star hotel blends an 18th century manor house with two harmonious wings of 80 rooms that offer every 21st century convenience including air conditioning, internet access, and ice machines in the halls. Facilities include Kathleen’s Irish Pub, which offers traditional music on many evenings, and the wildly popular (with locals as well as visitors) Bunratty Village Mills shopping mall which is located at the foot of the hotel grounds.
